Terms of Service

Last updated: June 30, 2026

1. Scope of Service

BITDUCK provides digital asset futures trading, a wallet, deposits/withdrawals, competitions, and related features. Users must review this agreement and the trading terms, fees, and risk disclosures shown on screen before using the service.

2. Account and Security

Users must create an account using accurate information in their own name and are responsible for keeping their password, 2FA, and authentication methods secure. If unusual access or account theft is suspected, the password must be changed immediately and support contacted.

3. Trading Risk

Futures trading involves high volatility and leverage, which can result in losses exceeding principal, forced liquidation, and execution delays due to insufficient market liquidity. All orders and position management are the user's responsibility.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Price manipulation, multi-account abuse, fraudulent bonus claims, use of illegal funds, system circumvention, automated attacks, and identity theft are prohibited. Violations may result in account restrictions, trade cancellations, withdrawal holds, or reports to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees

Supported assets, networks, minimum amounts, and fees for deposits/withdrawals follow the criteria shown on screen. Losses caused by user input errors, such as an incorrect address, wrong network selection, or a missing tag, may not be recoverable.

6. Service Restrictions and Changes

Parts of the service may be delayed or restricted due to security measures, maintenance, legal compliance, liquidity provider outages, or external network failures. Material changes will be announced via notices or on the service screen.

7. Contact

Inquiries about these terms, your account, trading, or deposits/withdrawals can be submitted through Support.
